The old sailing ship Leenan Head is for sale.
A legendary vessel, thanks to its transatlantic voyages, it has now completed 25 circumnavigations of the Atlantic in 30 years.
Built in Banff, northwest Scotland, in 1906 as a fishing vessel (Zulu), it is one of the rare survivors of this type.
It is currently operated in Locmariaquer 56 as a training vessel for day trips.
Very well established in the local maritime landscape.

Originally rigged as a lugger, it now carries the gaff ketch rig. 150m²
Overall length: 21m (16m on deck)

Draft: 1.85m
Displacement: 21 tons
Rustic and welcoming layout, with ergonomics proven in offshore sailing.
Forward: large single berth and sail locker.
Marine toilet.
Saloon: 2 double berths, 2 single berths, wood stove, galley.
